    Alternative carrier --- China concrete carrier,a huge building in WuHan city(Entirely copy of Varyag carrier,guess what its purpose?to test and verify electronic devices and the trainning center of china's carrier staffs).

    I think it will be a good training center, to gain equal working effect(train equipment maintain,staffs coordination,plane landing or launching on limited flight deck) on a real carrier,and it's less cost than on the sea.
