They are RWS antenna. You won't be able to tell difference between J11 and Su27 with that because they both have them near the inlet. Most Flankers have them, except Su30MKK/MKK2, Su30MKI, Su33, and Su35U saw very carefully, it's significantly different with Su-27 or J-11. Some ppl told me it's some electronic device bay like near F-16 inlet:
