Yes, Navy's testing Y-7 AEW plane. Notice they redesign its vertical tail(4 tails), looks like E2C's tails.
But i don't think it's for Chinese aircraft carrier's AEW plane, Y-7 still bigger than E2C.

China and Israel:
They had cooperations in military technology, like radar(main phased array radar), fire control, nuclear applications. Above r unofficial.
Due to the political pressures from U.S, Israel never exported any Israel made weapons or equipments to China(90s China ever wanna imported Phalcon AWACS from Israel, the deal abandoned due to U.S), but they could exchange related technologys to each other by another secret(unofficial) ways.
China and Morocco:
Morocco, a African customer for China military. Early ever exported K-8 planes, 2010 news said Morocco bought 150x VT1A MBT from China.
As i know, BeiJing didn't provide any military investments in Morocco. The relations between China and Morocco, only confined to the arms export and import, they'r normal business partners.

Maybe the last update version of China type59 family(S.U T-54), few years ago stop produce any type59 anymore. Latest 59D tank(updated models from old type59) added GPS system(Domestic "BeiDou"),improved fire control ballistic computer, added third-gen night vision combat equipment, added a simple thermal imager, added laser range finder, replaced type83A 105mm gun, added bi-directional stability of fire control system, added external explosive reactive armors. Anyway the last update version of China type59 medium tank still serves in PLA Army.
