For a ship this size I'd go for a single landing area and utilize the available deck space better. You can't land two aircraft simultaneously as their flight paths would cross just aft of the ship. Have them land to port and launch to starboard, with the starboard side of the deck for spotting aircraft. This would be a more efficient way to operate the ship.
What Obi Wan says is true. I see a lot of problems as Obi Wan mentioned. The
BIG problem is that I don't see any aircraft elevators(lifts).

Also where will the ordance to be loaded be secured on deck? It needs to be near the edge of the deck so it could be jettisoned in case of fire or accident.
Also where would this Leviathan be docked?..A special dock would have to be built for this ship along with a drydock for needed maintenance. And as Steelbird mentioned what sort of propulsion will this ship have?

With two hulls and probably two separate powerplants how would it be synchronized???
This carrier is truly a "Fan Boy" i.e. artist dream.
