    Default Springfield Armory XD-9

    I recently got a Springfield Armory XD-9 in the 4" Service length.I was wondering if anyone has any good or bad experience and any advice on how to get new parts and services (ported match barrels wud help!)

    I got to shoot one once, found it extremely comfortable and good on my small hands. Perhaps not the most accurate handgun I've ever fired, but how nice it is to shoot more'n makes up for it.

    you should be happy, every one i have talked to who owns oen or has fired it has loved it.

    I have an XD40 that started to get som surface rust around the slide serrations. Funny thing is that my other guns didn't show any signs of rust. Based on my own experience I would make sure to oil the slide often.
