is there any information about the WM-80??

the WM-80 is replaced with the A-100 MRL in the Chinees army..so the chance is big that Armenia bought most of the WM-80 from china?

There is no evidence that the Chinese PLA ever got the WM-80 so the 4 sets that were puchased by Armenia - some 10 years ago - are new.

I'll have to check my images but I think you counted also some of the tranporter-loader vehicles. They look very similar to the lauch vehicle but have a crane between the rocket pods and no elevation system for the pods.

According to Jane's Missile and Rocket, eight of such systems were sold to Armenia in 1999.

As Calimero2 wrote, it has no elevation gear for the rockets, so it cannot launch. It's a pure transloader.
