It means what you read, comes from the greek name "ΔΙΟΣΚΟΥΡΟΣ" which in turn is composed of ΔΙΑΣ (Ζeus) and KOΥΡΟΣ (young man iirc). It's all greek pall, we certainly know how to take care of our ancient colonies.

Thanks for information, in fact I respect Greece and Greek culture too much (as well as whole world) and I don't want to go far from theme of this thread but it must be sad that Georgia is also a country of Iberia and Kolkheti, Medea and Ayet. (you would probably have heard about them) So maybe some of our cities in antic period really were colonies of Greece but even in this case Georgia can hardly be called as ancient colony of Greece.

Well yesterday on inauguration I saw this grad rocket equipment on Mersedes truck

The first one is the original Soviet BM-21, the other one is the RM-70 they got from the Czech Republic (together with M-77 Dana howitzers and T-55AM2 tanks).

Found it: according to the MOD's website, it's called Grad-Lari. There is also a new armoured vehicle, the "Kobra". Is that the Turkish model from Otokar?

Yes it is! They bought them 2 months ago, but it was given to the Police and not to MOD

were Bought from Isreal in last year.
