What fabric ? These are made in Georgia. As far as I took from the report, they are of pretty good quality, exactly the same like the "original" and pretty much fixing the bad quality image of Georgian uniforms ( Georgian digital marpat ).

Guys with black berets ? Those ar not Special Operations units. They are soldiers of the Fourth Infantry Brigade.

There were only two columns of Special Operation Forces, the last two ones before the vehicle column, not shown in the vids and only partly shown during the live footage itself. They wore dark green boonies and uniforms.

Note that the dozer blade is a standard option for all RM-70's but it's indeed the first time I see it mounted on Georgian vehicles.

Again, this is GEORGIAN multicam ( think even ghost pattern ), the world "multicam" must not nessessarily reffer to US pattern.

For the ones who want to watch the entire parade:

Visit one of the following state TV channels:
    1: http://www.tvali.ge/index.php?action...hannel=1000057
    2: http://www.tvali.ge/index.php?action...hannel=1000001

Scroll a bit down to see a video, than there is a timetable on the right side, scroll it down or up untill you reach 11:00. The Military Parade began at 11:00 o clock, Georgian time. 5 Minute steps. The march itself begann at 11:50. Also, note that the datetable below has to be on 26, for May 26.

    Enjoy!

( PS: Speech and decoration of several servicemen and civilians at the beginning )

These uniforms present a multicam pattern. It is an official army pattern and since recently in mass production by local Georgian firms. It is a licenced Georgian pattern

Official reason: The multicam variant camouflage has started to be used by modern armed forces, fitting to any known combat environments, so it was decided to produce an own pattern of that style of best quality.

No, Russian units are not using Georgian multicam patterns. Alone because of the fact, that they started to mass produce it just recently and only for Georgian military purposes.

Those are multicam copies from someone else. I think that wasn't so difficult to figur out ......

Anyway, Special Forces wear whatever they can get.

BTW, do you have any other proof than his raw shoulder patch, that this guy is from group ALFA ?
