These are the Commandos who cleaned up an entire village and it's surroundings from landslide mud. They truly made an excellent and honorable work for the population. These guys deserve my full respect. Good work !

They did not just clean up landslide mud, they dove to the bed of the very deep reservoir and cleaned out the mud from the pipes, so that the dam would not break and destroy a village downstream, they truly are the heroes of our times.

I didn't know that Georgia has SA-8.It's weird that more Russian jets weren't shooted down in 2008 war? Most of Russian air attacks were by SU-25 and MI-24 and Russians lost just 2-3 jets right ? I say that because SU-25 and MI-24 shouldn't be big problem for the SA-8 ?

It were 7 aircrafts shot down and the SA-8 was deployed deep in the conflict zone. The Russians flew air raids in all parts of Georgia and pretty succesfully avoided contact with Georgian AA systems. The Sa-11 were a much greater problem .... especially for their bomber aircrafts.

It's because of the Rustaveli. The road goes down on the rear. Never noticed that ?

I am talking about the first vid, where the vehicles are moving on the freedom square, which as I recall is pretty plain even for a light car, not to talk about an APC, besides the BTR seemed to drive just fine. Please don't get negative towards me as this just my own opinion and the reality could be different.

You get what you pay for, besides this vehicle isn't even in the 6x6 vehicle tender of the Turkish Armed forces.

yeah, agree, i think it woild be better to upgrade bTR-80 especial the bottom armour layout may be upgraded from a flat one to v shaped, to better cope with IEDs
