The toritech armour is actually really good, I think their is a youtube video out their where it stopped a 7.62X54mmR round from a SVD only a meter or so away from the barrel.
as used by Police and Special Forces in the 90s. Pretty popular in former sovjet states. AFAIR, there was also one in a James Bond movie.
It's just a Georgian 19mm response to the 9mm MP5 ( operational ). At least it was used to be. Pretty good for SpecOps and on low distance.
Georgia produces Tanfoglio-Kavkasiony Force 99 pistols and 9x19mm AK-2000 ( Iveria Kavkasioni 2000 )supressed SpecialOps variants. Also AK as base.
The SCH-21 was a Georgian 9mm respone to the MP5 and is excellent for coert ops, surpressed and low distance.
Anyway, Georgians are more working on effective body armor for all types of scenarios

You are not able to access more informations on the toritech site, as long as you do not have the permission to. Half of it is blocked.
Here is an interesting hitrate survival chance schedule for Level 01 vests:
Complete suit and vests of different protection levels, including I, II, III, IV anti-frag and above IV + ( armored suitcase ???? ):

Found the video:
Yeah I know this: Wasn't it a test in 2002 ?
However, the new design guarantees more protection and lowers the chance of body damage, like broken bones, slized off organs or other wounds you could suffer blood loss of. The new overall protection even provides complete velocity light weight armour. Some kind of next generation material combination. That means: You only feal the impacts and that's it. No wounds at all. Let's see if that project succeeds.

New structure of the Georgian Armed Forces, on the bottom of the page there is a download with definitions of each brigade and battalion. Notably the air forces are now effectively a "saaviacio brigada" aviation brigade.
English Version.

Only new on the paper. It's like officialy merging all Brigade Rapid Response units into one seperate Rapid Response Battalion. Than you have an "extra" elite formation. In reality, all RR units were allways training and working togheter.
Light Infantry Battalion. They have it all the time in the scheme and no description at all about their functionality with having various kinds of Special Formations. According to the general role of 21st century Light Infantry and traditional Georgian structure, it definitly is the Commando Battalion, just taged as LIB.
What is of great interest for me:
Air Defence Brigade
Strenght, equipement etc.
I have never encountered any info on the actual number of equipment in our air defence, but my estimate from different sources would be: 14 Osa Akms; 5 Buk-M1(SA-11); Several Spiders, 20 Zsu-23-4 shilka and about a couple of hundred man portable AA missile launchers, grom/strela/igla.
