Afghanistan
A Swedish soldier was injured at 15:48 Afghan time when a roadside bomb exploded in the district Chimtal, about 40 kilometers west of Mazar-e-Sharif. The damage is considered minor.
The soldier was traveling together with a Finnish soldier in an individual truck 6 when the IED exploded. The Finnish soldier had no injuries.
Both soldiers were evacuated by helicopter to the hospital on the German base Marmal outside Mazar-e-Sharif.
The relatives are informed.
Units from the Swedish-Finnish Task Force Northern Lights has for some time conducted surgeries in the area together with the Afghan security forces.
Glad no one died, speedy recovery to the wounded!

Yes, part of the Close Protection/FCP, Specializing as a radio operator and a Multichannel Transmission Systems Operator. Couldn't have a better job really! My Platoon usually operates with strf 9040, and soon the BvS 10 Viking as well.

Yes And these videos are highly appriciated by many of the officers. And you are right, you Should be careful with what info you share. But this information is something you can already find on the net and the regiment display their abilities once a year for the public. But information regarding data, system information, dates, specifik unit names etc etc... That is information I would never share. But thank you for the heads up, you can never be too careful.
