Don't count on it.

Palau has no diplomatic relations with the PRC.

Bermuda has indirect relations through London which will not extradite the Uighurs.

Moreover the CCP don't want the attention. If the PRC can live with many political exiles abroad, Im sure they can live with the Uighurs on relatively small islands.

I've been to Bermuda , it's not that big and impossible to stay low key.

I highly doubt the uighurs will plot terrorist attacks. When was the last time they committed any terrorism? china should be more afraid of falun gong committing terrorism than the uighurs.
