hay i was wondering that my self
1. Go to www.tinypic.com (or any image hosting service)
2. Upload the picture
3. Copy link
Then when you post theres a icon that looks like a mountain beside the quote icon click that paste the link and there you go.
It sounds more complicated then it is.
