Actually, if you can, there's a bunch of stuff there that I didn't know their exact model and make. All these "Unnamed [something] #1" items. If you recognize these parts, do tell.

Unnamed Silencer #1 is made by Surefire by the looks of it. If it's for the HK417 like you say, it's a FA762K. They do similar looking models for 5.56mm rifles too. Have a gander:
