No, it is the fact. We have a lot of evidences that Chinese use their ships to ram Vietnamese fishing ships. Not only Vietnamese fishers but also Philippines suffers from this. You can read a lot of these articles in this forum also.
In 1974 and 1988, Chinese invaded our islands, and we will never forget that.

The -M4 has a small air intake on the basis of the vertical stabiliser. This is a Su-22M-3K, actually the recce version (note the recce container under the fuselage).
