WA state patrol took best looking in '07 and i have to agree with the judges on that, the Rhode Islanders colors are too somber IMHO

Russian MVD (Ministry of Internal Affairs) "Crimson Berret" (Krapoviye Berety) initiation - the elite guard of the MVD. Belongs in military thread, maybe, but I consider them closer to elite police force.

Almost every State Police has nice looking uniforms, it just depends on your taste.

Up around whatcom county it's white or cream colored 2009 Chevy Impalas. I've even seen them in piece of **** cars from the 80's, with worn paint etc...pretty crafty guys.
