Second from the left is the best. It is like an uniform of WWI fighter pilot.

RI State Police look pretty sharp, I've always liked the gray/red combo in uniforms (Germany in WWI, Chile, etc.). The Portuguese GNR look sharp in the stiff-collared tunics, riding crop pants, and helmets. I admire forces that respect their history.
New York State Troopers file past a row of flags held by members of the Patriot Guard Motorcycle Riders prior to the viewing of Major Dwayne Kelley, who was both a New Jersey State Trooper and a member of the U.S. Army Reserve. Forty eight year old Kelley, who grew up in Willingboro, NJ was killed in Iraq on June 24th (2008) from an explosion in Sadr City.
My town's police force. Being the sleepy place it is, these guys spend most of their time chasing down obnoxious teenagers altho we did have a high profile murder a couple of years ago.
