 GENTLEMEN, WE HAVE A SCOOP!

Serving you the FIRST-EVER captured shots of some of the Nigerian Army's fleet of 204 brand-new OTOKAR COBRA APCs.

This training facility in Jaji is where Nigerian troops and other PKO personnel are given pre-deployment training. The large facility has the capacity to train two battalions simultaneously.

This is the first time that these photos will be featuring in any Defence Forum or weblog.

NIGERIAN PEACEKEEPERS ON PATROL IN BRAND-NEW OTOKAR COBRA APCs and TOYOTA IN DARFUR, SUDAN

IN THE NIGER DELTA OF NIGERIA

These large and sturdy gunboats have never before been seen before on any message boards. They are larger than normal and look like they have accomodation for troops marooned in the creeks and estuaries of the Niger Delta. They form part of a protection force in the Niger Delta and the Gulf of Guinea.
Their configuration is evidently STEALTH but one is yet to determine the exact country of manufacture eventhough methinks they look like the X-38 in config and could be of Dutch origin. But who can tell, they may be Singaporean or Chinese.
You can be SURE though that this shot is a FIRST on the weblogs though.

Fliphead, these are stripped down models which are intended for PK training. They are not normally armed for peculiar Nigerian reasons. But you may be able to see what a combat variant of the Cobra looks like if you look through the weblink which one has posted severally on this thread

    Default Catamarans

Possibly these catamarans are a version of the TP Marine TPM-52 with extra bits mounted on top. TP Marine has been mentioned in earlier reports as supplier of combat catamarans for Nigeria.
