    It seems like they had problems with most of the other weapons too. Is that a common thing?

    i can only tell you from the Steyr AUG and MG74 which i had when i was in the austrian army and we also had problems with this sh** blank rounds, cause there was net enough gunpowder in about 20-30% of them and so you have net enough gas pressure to and the weapon didn't load another round...

    Ok I see. I used them when I was in the UK but then they seemed to work just fine (GPMG).

    Default 24 MEU Deployment 2012

    A contingent of Marines from the 24th MEU is ashore in Kuwait conducting sustainment training during their regularly scheduled deployment to the U.S. Central Command area of operations. The 24th MEU is deployed with the Iwo Jima Amphibious Ready Group as a theater reserve for U.S. Central Command and is providing support for maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of responsibility.

    The raid was part of the Realistic Urban Training Exercise, evaluated by Special Operations Training Group. It is designed to integrate unique individual and small unit skills in conjunction with the 31st MEU's increased proficiency in the rapid response planning process in a challenging and unfamiliar environment. The 31st MEU is the United States' force in readiness for the Asia Pacific.

    Congrats, Marine!

    Yea, I stopped in to check out the museum about a month ago. Wish I would've had some way to tour the whole place, but it would distract all the boots learning how to drill if all us old farts could walk around as we pleased, heheh. What school are you going to after MCT?
