U.S. soldiers from the 2nd Battalion, 12th Infantry Regiment, 4th Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division fire mortars from their base on enemy positions during a battle in the Pech Valley of Afghanistan's Kunar province, Sunday, Nov. 1, 2009.
I have been searching this site for a Thread on the US Army, and although I have found ones for the Various US Special Forces along with Rangers and Airborne units I haven’t found a US Army thread with the US Army seemingly a bit of an unsung hero in the Operations in Iraq and Afghanistan, let alone the rest of the world
Anyway, as loads of really good photos of the United States Army turn up all over the place so thought it was time we had an Official Thread. This Thread is for the United States Soldiers, the Infantrymen, and the Tankers and Engineers etc.
FAO – Mods, if I am wrong in this please merge the thread in anyway you see fit, thanks
