The Abrams M1A2 SEPv2 tank comes with the Commander's Independent Thermal Viewer, which allows the commander and gunner to track multiple targets.

3rd Heavy Brigade Combat Team's 2nd Combined Arms Battalion, 69th Armor Regiment, receives the first of the brigade's 58 upgraded Abrams M1A2 tanks Monday. 3rd HBCT is the first 3rd Infantry Division element to receive them.

General Casey retires on Monday and General Dempsey CINCTRADOC will ascend to be the top Soldier in the US Army...where have we gone?

I find myself wondering why the president bypassed the Vice Chief General Chiarelli or even Petraeus for the post.
