I've found these info. about "Vilma" scopes but i'm not able to translate in english, help me

I've never seen so many smiling soldiers, so many female soldiers, and so beautiful .... but perhaps it is natural in an only defensive organization when the people "is" the army and the army "is" the people, other that the military - industrial complex of other nations..... fantastic thread.... congratulations to all...
You just fell for a typical communist propaganda trick.
It's always smiling faces and beautiful people, not just in the military .
It's all well staged and with carefully selected people - I hope you do realize that all cuban military photos you see here are official shots, passed trough layers of censorship?
OT....oh sure .....the girl eating a sandwich with the AK near the boy armed with a M1 GARAND and a ww2 bandoleer are well staged and very impressive propaganda... , blackwater, hallyburton , America's Army, and all the military - industrial complex (D.D. Eisenhower teached us) are defending the democracy...**** Cheney told the truth and Santa Claus lives near to me at number 209 !...END OT
P.S.: Every military parade is propaganda but this seems to me much more genuine and people-based than others.

More from the parade with NO smiles on their faces:

- In July this year I see the famous sight IR "Vilma. " It is plastic, to attach to AKM need a screwdriver and a battery operated. For my taste, too uncomfortable, it is marked with an eye where is the objective and the other IR focus the viewer point is, you should run with both eyes and at least I, only to wield the weapon I'm winking instinctively.
- to employ is to use both eyes, with one seen in direction of the goal and the other focuses the IR red dot at the target, well, very uncomfortable for my taste. The visor is plastic and has a battery.
- The display Vilma is a first-generation Red Dot. The eye receives the red dot director and the other looks white when binocular vision matched the red dot on the target open fire. Experts say this increases the probability of impact is 95%.
a friend of mine recently conducted a firing exercise. Using blank to 400 meters without difficulty.
Google translate ftw.
I should have posted these here in the first place...

Cuba staged a massive military parade on Saturday to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the 1961 defeat of CIA-backed exiles at the Bay of Pigs, this Saturday April 16, 2011. The first part of the parade was a "symbolic journey" throughout the Cuban military history, including a "Mambi" cavalry with 128 riders and a replica of the Granma yacht in which Fidel Castro and his followers arrived in Cuba in 1956. That was followed by a review of 6,000 soldiers and a display of military vehicles, including armored vehicles, tanks, ground artillery, fighter jets, helicopters and air defense equipment.
