whats even more messed up is that if whites were the ones killing blacks it would be first page news everywhere but its the opposite so ....
The sad part is that if it even managed to make the media here or anywhere else, they would try to dismiss or handwave it as "righteous revenge"...its sick, the whole situation. It just boggles the mind why the media doesn't even dedicate a word to this.
In their eyes, the historical victim can never sin, can never do wrong.
Better to ignore it than to face the reality of its existence.
There have been a few farm attacks since the last post that havent resulted in murder due to variety of reason,eg the attacker's f/arms malfunctioning, the victims fighting back, etc.
The following incident was one of the posts that were lost when mp.net had the problems a while back. These men age-wise could very well be members of the anc's so-called youth league. In the Afrikaans version (Beeld) there is a lot more info. I'll translate a little.
The robbers broke into the house before anyone arrived, they killed the dog(by cutting open its stomach) because it was making a lot of noise. The father was the first to arrive, they attacked him from behind with a panga and a gholfclub. They then forced him to open the safe(probably where they got the gun), and tied him up. The wife and son was was second to arrive, they were tied up in different rooms.
It then goes on to tell how they raped her one by one,....

Robbers drowned boy, 12, in boiling water

Sipho Mbele, David Motaung and Patrick Petrus Radebe stand in the dock at their murder, rape and robbery trial. (Beeld)
Johannesburg - Horrific evidence has been heard in the Vereeniging Regional Court where three men pleaded guilty to several charges of murder, rape and robbery - before walking back their cells, laughing.
Beeld reported that the men’s lawyer told the court that they had broken into the home to steal possessions and get revenge on the way they had been treated by their employer, Geraldine Viana, 42.
The family’s gardener, Patrick Petrus Radebe, 24, their domestic’s son, Sipho Mbele, 21, and David Motaung, 20, broke into the house in Walkerville, assaulting and shooting dead Tony Viana, 53, and brutally raping and killing his wife, Geraldine.
They then tied up and gagged the crying Amaro Viana, 12, and pushed him into a bath of boiling hot water to drown him because he would be able to identify them.
It was not clear what had caused the boy’s death.
The family dog was killed by having his stomach cut open.
The men would be sentenced in September.

Top genocide expert Prof Gregory Stanton visits South Africa to investigate violence against minorities: he warns Afrikaners at a press conference on July 26 2012: don't give up your guns...'
Quote:
"UN's Francis Deng has been informed; and I will also inform Samantha Power, head of the US Atrocities Prevention Board, as well as the FBI'S Genocide Prevention Unit upon my return...'
July 26 2012 11am PRETORIA - Press conference by Prof Gregory Stanton of Genocide Watch US in South Africa: as reported by dr Dan Roodt of the Pro-Afrikaans-Action-Group:
- Stanton said he was on a fact-finding mission regarding the extraordinarily high numbers of cruelty displayed during attacks and murders against white farmers, their families and workers; and also interviewed community leaders about the widespread anti-Afrikaner discrimination and hatespeech emanating from the ANC-regime.
"Genocide Watch had raised South Africa to level 6 when Malema was singing Kill the Boer song'. And now SA president Jacob Zuma is also singing it.'
He said at the start of his press conference that he had tried to get interviews with ANC-leaders specifically to discuss the hatespeech issue surround the Kill the Boer song. He was refused access. "I would have dearly loved to have spoken to them'; he said at the well-attended press conference at the Transvaal Agricultural Union's headquarters in Silverton, Pretoria.
"We at Genocide Watch have enough suspicion that there may be an organised effort at a genocide in South Africa, and we will continue to monitor the situation closely'.
"Desecration of bodies in SA also happened in Rwanda and Burundi", he said -- adding that he would be meeting the US Minister of Council today to inform them of the situation in South Africa". He had spoken to many Afrikaners from all walks of life and is returning with hitherto-unknown details about atrocities.
"You only need a small group to carry out a full-blown genocide. When I talked about the 8 stages of genocide, some of the early stages are precursors to genocide'.
"The SA farm murders should become 'a priority crime' for the South African government, and that they had to try their very best to try and stop them.
Many of the Afrikaners present also asked him exactly what genocide entailed. He explained that for instance, 'if the government took away your children and prevented you from speaking Afrikaans to them, it is a genocide act. "And driving people out of their territory is also another form of genocide.' Also: "Killing members of a group, even 3,000, could constitute a genocide.'
Asked by Edwin Leemans of the Boereleed Institute whether the ANC-leaders could be taken to the International criminal court in the Hague to be tried, he replied "South Africa is a state-party to the Rome Statute. Policians could be tried in The Hague regarding their inflammatory speech towards Afrikaners.'
Stanton said he had spoken to community leaders and crime-victims during his fact-finding tour in South Africa.
'Francis Deng of the United Nations has also taken notice of what is happening in South Africa to the Afrikaners." He also undertook to take all the information he had gathered on his fact-finding tour in South Africa to Samantha Power, head of the US Atrocities Prevention Board, as well as to the FBI'S Genocide Prevention Unit.
He did not express any political views - for instance regarding the rights of Afrikaners to self-determination - as posed by Cor Ehlers.
And one Afrikaner at the press conference challenged Stanton, saying he was 'skeptic' about Stanton's claims: Johan Burger of the Institute for Security Studies and a former SA Police Commissioner, asked: "what is the factual basis for the assumptions we are making'? Stanton explained that similar incredulity was seen in Europe and the USA regarding reports about any pending Afrikaner genocide.
"The godlike status of Mandela is like that of Martin Luther King or Ghandi. We now know they were not perfect. Nevertheless, as long as Mandela is alive, Europe and the US will not believe the situation in which Afrikaners now find themselves in South Africa."
He expressed the hope that 'war would never happen in South Africa: that you will be able to fight back against the communist ideology'. He also urged the Afrikaners to 'fight back using the courts and the policing system, and 'for God's sake don't ever give up your guns, despite the gun laws.'
https://twitter.com/DanRoodt/
Wise words for these dark daysand 'for God's sake don't ever give up your guns, despite the gun laws.'
God be with you all
How does this keep on happening, surely these White farm owners who have "families" would have realised with the amount of farm murders happening its NOT SAFE to continue with their line of work.

Johannesburg - A murdered farmer has left his entire estate of R35m to a children’s home in Potchefstroom - much to the surprise and delight of the head of the Abraham Kriel children’s home.
At van der Merwe, 68, was killed in April on his farm Bloemhof in the North West. He was unmarried and had no children, reported Beeld.
Van der Merwe apparently once told someone near a collection tin for the home that he would not give any money now because “they will one day get enough”.
Catharien Saayman, head of the children’s home, said: “I couldn’t believe it; I lay awake many nights, every now and then looking at the will on my night stand. We are terribly grateful.”
The money would go into a trust to determine the best way for it to be spent.
Van der Merwe had no link to the children’s home and apparently lived a reclusive life on his farm.
He had a twin sister who died at birth and an older sister who died in a car accident when she was young.
After his death, Van der Merwe’s nine farms and possessions were sold at an auction for R26m.
This did not include harvest money, investments and cars. When the estate was wrapped up, the home would receive around R30m, a lawyer said.
No one had been arrested in connection with his murder.

*RIP*
A few thoughts:
*dont recall seeing this in the mainstream media at the time of the media
*to sucessfully own/manage so many farms you have to kinda know what you're doing in the SA context/conditions,skills now lost, as hey, race politics and outdated marxist ideology is app more important than food security
*hope this money does very good work at this children's home!
Agri Eastern Cape outraged at latest farm attacks
11:30 (GMT+2), Tue, 31 July 2012
Agri Eastern Cape has expressed its deep concern over farm attacks.
The organisation referred to Friday's attack near Maclear, in which farmer Boy Jordaan of the farm Tentkop was murdered.
Agri Eastern Cape has also expressed its outrage at the assault on Jimmy Renton and his wife on their farm near Komga last week.
They were not seriously injured.
Agri Eastern Cape has commended the prompt actions of the police and local community in both cases, which have led to the arrest of suspects.
It says the statistics for violent crimes against commercial farmers since 1994 show that it is now approaching 5-thousand different incidents, of which nearly half have been fatal.
This accounts for roughly 12.5% of the total number of commercial farmers in South Africa, and completely dwarfs the equivalent statistics for Zimbabwe over this period.
