I understand they talk about camo patterns?
I understand they talk about camo patterns?
The USMC and other branches all seem to wear the same uniform on operations though. I believe that the Navy and Air Force wear different ones as there is not a widespread distribution of the ABU's and NWU's, but then there is the whole factor of their respective SOF wearing what ever they want. It just seems weird that the Army is operating in ACU's, Multicam, and ACP (I believe that is the name of the ACU pattern with the brown added in), while they are all in the same AO.
ACU(Army Combat Uniform) is not a camouflage pattern. It is the cut/design of the uniform. UCP (universal Camouflage Pattern) and UCP-Delta(UCP with Cyote Brown added it) are camouflage patterns.
Is this a pic thread? I mean I would put something here...but I'd get nuked for hotlinking...
ohhh well, here goes anywayz...straight from my cpu...which is an option...so, don't hit me with a ss-20...maybe a tac nuke like the Davey Crockett

http://article.wn.com/view/2010/01/1...correspondent/A British journalist has been killed in an explosion in southern Afghanistan, the UK's Ministry of Defence has said. Sunday Mirror defence correspondent Rupert Hamer, 39, was embedded with the US Marine Corps when his vehicle was hit by a bomb near Nawa in Helmand. The father-of-three's Mirror colleague, photographer Philip Coburn, 43, is in a serious but stable condition. A US Marine and an Afghan soldier were also killed in the blast on Saturday. Four US Marines were seriously injured.
