    dont think so, even for shows sake, the group dynamics in survival situation require that the individuals mesh together, an antagonist would only usurp power for his own needs, destroying the group cohesivness for dangerous situations, leading to groups demise, even without zombies danger at any turn, such personallity would only drive its members either to assassination, or just running away from him
