I am only on S1 Ep2 as it only just started showing here in Australia. Already a few things struck me as odd and I can't be bothered going back through 90 plus pages to see if its been discussed.

1. in ep 2 when they are covering themselves in guts they talk about not getting it on their skin and then they do EXACTLY that. Secondly why can't Rick smell the difference between people who are dead and people who are alive, was that just a **** up or is he already dead as in sixth sense bull****?

Agreed. At least Shane has personality and brings some conflict to the show. Otherwise, it would be Glen's wimp-ass ways with Maggie, Lori tramping around the group, Andrea whining and bitching, Dale just...watching everything...Darryl getting annoyed with Sophia's mom and telling her off once in a while. I like Rick, my heart almost sank into my stomach when I thought he left Shane on the bus about to be devoured!

I saw the entire thing over the weekend....Now that I caught up, I have to wait every week for one episode and that sucks. Awesome show... I love it !!
