It makes me a bit sad that they made a number of characters so unlikable. Lori gets there progressively, but Dale didn't do **** to anyone. I still stand by that most of these assholes can't act worth ****.

Yeah I don't get that. She seems like a pretty reasonable woman, and I can't fault that she got with Shaun, after all she thought her husband was dead and she had a young son to look after in the zombie apocalypse and everything..

Another stupid bitch comic book character. The show (and comic series) was half-believable until they decided to include some silly woman superhero.

Derp, that isn't the character at all. She isn't invincible.

Michonne was actually raped by The Governor in the comic series.

Yeah I know, so? Still completely unrealistic and silly to stick an expert samurai-sword master woman in anything. I mean FFS, is gender-equality propaganda so important to some people that in order to 'balance out' the fact that the men have the main combat roles in the series; they have to stick some random kick-ass woman YouWouldNeverActuallyMeetInRealLife but which happen to always show up in Hollywood movies?

Moving the characters so far from the source material was a mistake. To say the least.

You are seriously thick headed, that is like saying Andrea is an expert sniper blackops because she is good with her gun. It's nice that a woman in this isn't portrayed as useless and soft.

Yeah thats another thing - woman goes from panicking at the sight of one walker to an expert commando who makes headshots left-right and centre? Give me another break.

You see I can actually understand like - the 2 cops being badass with survival and shooting, the redneck who had a real bad childhood being good at survival. Hell even Glenn, he was crap at fighting in the beginning but took on all the missions, survived and thus got the experience under his belt...

But a couple of lawyer chicks like Michonne and Andrea or whatever? Uhh yeah no.

I love it when people bitch about realism in a show where the zombies have been infected by some super disease that turns them into walking rotting corpses and makes every vital organ besides the brain useless.

Just finished watching the second season. I'm not sure why there is so much bitching about the show. Sure, there are some annoying things here and there but at the end of the day, this is the best thing that ever happened to the zombie-genre. If you rather go back to badly acted low budget zombie flicks, be my guest. But I love this show. And I think people should stop comparing it to the comics. They share name, some characters and events but the comic is not a TV-show and vice versa. The show is based on the comic, it's not an exact interpretation.

considering the almost 2000 posts in this thread I guess people generally enjoy the show.

but 2000 posts of "the show is great" and " I luv the show" would be boring
