Yeah...I don't know why they walk past perfectly good gear that I'd be picking up and utilizing. Hell, if I was in Georgia, I'd be heading to the coast and get my ass on a boat and forage from one of the small islands.
Watch from 0:30
as you can see, the military even with their fancy guns fail.
Also, remember that in a zombie acopolypse, judging from zombie survival guide and more, m4's and more is not the weapons you want. You want rifles, shotguns, or pistols.
The video is un-American, wont let me see it
Correct, despite the elements the gouls are resiliant enough to sustain deep-er sea pressure, let alone the corrsive salt water. The only thing that can really stop a zombie in its tracks is the cold, freezing temprature. But even then, once it thaws its back to normal.
Breaking the cardinal rule of zombies, i think its strange how zombies can last so long against the elements, and yet the decay and mortifaction of a corpse SHOULD force limbs, muscles to freeze up unable to move.
haha yes. But, i would imagine most military guys going AWOL and more under the acopolypse. I guess no one would really follow orders, and thats one of the reasons it going bad with the military.
To be honest i always found the behaviour of the military in any Zombi apocalypse book/film rather stupid
Check in the small film extract above : the barricades are on the ground just waiting to be over-runn
Damn, put fire positions on the roofs of the building
Use you engineers to dig some deep ditches
Make a Läger with your vehicles and put the sand bags under the chassis to avoid zombi leak
Make an Israeli like wall (concrete, 6 m high with fire towers every 10-15m)
Us your ****ing brain instead of having it eaten ....
Battle of Yonkers.
(but we are seriously crossing stories here)
Agreed
It will not
I agree that it is a serie or a movie not intended to be realistic
Anyway there are other ways to make the military fail (infection spread so quickly that there is no time for a coordination and every small unit is on his on.....until ammo/MRE/water/first aid kits are exhausted)
But that would take to long to set up, it is more easier to show overrun positions, granted
Yep, battle of yonkers is a very good description of why the military failed. But, i should get around actually reading the entire book one day.
