Thanks for the heads-up on cooze, watched the scene again and "felt" so much more clearly that certain point where you can see that this could only end in one way.
The (hapless) writers couldn't give a **** about the source material. If they've even read it.
Comic - story quickly gets to prison; epic zombie slaying ensues.
TV - we're still stuck on this ****ing sideshow farm; Shane...alive? Really? Still?
I'd urge everyone who has invested even one minute in the TV series to read the comic. The TV show is to the comic what a chicken is to flight.
Robert Kirkman's written a few episodes.
I've read the comic. Overall, it's good, but slow at times (just like the show).
I'm glad the tv show isn't following along. It keeps me guessing. There would less motivation for me to watch if I already knew what was going to happen. I'm not looking for a 1:1 adaptation. What would be the point?
I would fvck Lauri. She's damage goods and I like that.
I think it's always been the plan for Shane to get offed. But due to Jon Bernthal winding up one of the most charismatic actors in the cast.. they got sidetracked.
If you've been following the interviews and such for the last couple weeks. It's been pretty obvious what they've been building up to. Im guessing they needed to establish some sort of new source of drama before earthing the guy.
Sweet Episode, things are really going to heat up between Shane and Rick. I have a feeling Andrea or Shane gonna kill the new guy Rick and co picked up to pre-empt any mischief he may cause...
*Lori's still a Stuck-up, conniving cvnt.
*Carl seems smarter or more aware then people give him credit for
* If Shane wasn't so damn crazy he might be one of my favorites
* for some reason I'm sensing that either Darryl's time is running out, or we are in the beginning of a him and the Sopiha's moms romance.
* I wish i didn't read those spoilers![]()
If you haven't already read the comics!!!!
The town scenes were good. Felt pretty bad for the black guy. But wtf would you walk the opposite direction from home base after a crash.
