Interesting, since the Royal Air Force stated that ZA467 was lost not on the 19th but the 22nd over Ar Rutbah.

As much I would like to believe that they actual happened, did these IAF F15 vs. SAF Mig 29 incidents in 1989 and 2001 really occur? I seem to recall that a discussion on this forum debunked the 2001 incident.

Do you have any other sources, preferably ones from the Russian MoD?

No offense and I am not looking for an argument, but would like a more authoritative source.

Does the Boeing site provide enough credibility?

"During the ceremony, Maj. Gen. Ng Chee Khern, RSAF Chief of
Air Force, praised both the aircraft and the team that made the
    rollout possible.
“We are proud to be on this distinguished list of air forces to operate
this platform, which boasts an impressive combat record
of 104 victories and zero defeats,”

    http://www.boeing.com/news/frontiers...mber/i_nan.pdf

    or US Air Force site?

""Its world renowned history of 104 enemy kills to zero combat losses is in a category all of its own," Colonel Novotny said."

    http://www.pacaf.af.mil/news/story.asp?id=123136985

    or perhaps Air Force Magazine?

"The F-15’s record book is not yet complete, but thus far, it has put together a victory tally of 104 to zero. Flown in combat by the US Air Force, the Israeli Air Force, and the Royal Saudi Air Force, the fighter has never been defeated in combat."

    http://www.airforce-magazine.com/Mag...reformers.aspx

    and many others ....
you can count if the kills provided in my list add up to 104 or not

If you would have time to study the articles found at ACIG (just give search for "air victories" for example), you could see that there was a fair amount of work done to gather all that info

Thanks. Still skeptical, especially about the 2001 incident, but I do appreciate your attempt to document the claim.

The 14th September 2001 kills are also mentioned here http://www.ejection-history.org.uk/A...ype/mig-29.htm but I suppose that also this quote doesn't convince you

Gaz Lennox and Kev Weeks were not shot down by a MiG-29 in any way shape or form. They were seen to hit an escarpment during a low level evasive break due to AAA. It's never been definitively confirmed if they were hit by AAA or plowed in.

AFAIK the kill was one where the crew survived or where the Tornado returned to base and was written off.
Anyway, it was not disputed that it was hit by a heat seeker, only who fired the heat seeker.
The RAF claimed it was a SA-13, the Iraquis claimed it was a MiG.

The only loss not confirmed to a cause was Nige Elsdon and Max Collier in ZA392, they were both KIA and no other A/C in company with them, (there were three others,) reported an A2A threat at the time.

ACIG is about as good as it gets and has been cited in several books I've seen.
