Default Post pictures of your 'camo' guns

    Hi.

One of my hobbies is camo'ing guns either Airsoft or Airguns. I apply different techniques & styles depending on what gun I'm doing.

    My recents ones are>
M4 (Airsoft) Choose this freehand stlye as this how alot of 'in county' rifles are painted

G36 & Shotgun (Airsoft) my mate uses DPM clothing when skirmishing so I matched it to that

Dragonov (Airsoft) Used a natural foilage scheme as it is a dedicated sniper rifle.

    Older ones are

S400 (Air-rifle) This was done for a friend & I matched his hunting area to the stock

S400 (Air-Rifle) Done for a friend who likes DPM

So my question is what 'camo'ed guns have you done & why did you choose the colour scheme?

    Regards
    Paddy.

    I'll play...

My buddy's M733 I did years ago (did it because he wanted a camo gun):

My first attempt at a digital camo (because I was bored):

My second digital camo attempt (because I wanted to try a different technique):

My old M24 (To "spice it up"):

My buddy's VSR as it was being painted (Wanted a camo rifle):

    My Primary's first paintjob (bored):

My Primary's second paintjob (picture does it no justice, though - also because I was bored):

My buddy's primary (because he wanted a camo gun, too - pics don't do it justice, either):

My buddy's primary repainted (because we were bored):

I think I've seen your work somewhere else, I recognize that pistol from somewhere. Those paint jobs are amazing, the .50 cal is probably one of the most awesome paint jobs I've ever seen.

I used Krylon ultra flat camo.

Base coat brown. Then used pinestraw and other vegatation as a stensil and used olive drab as the 2nd coat. The 3rd coat is with khaki and is the same methed as with the Olive drab paint. Then I used netting here and there to help break up the pattern a bit with olive green, khaki and desert tan paint.
