Well the reason why I dont have a shirt on under my combats is I took the the pic at about 12pm and I had just cut my hair, and I thought I should get a pic of myself like tha while in combats, but because I was leaving the next day all my shirts were in the wash, so I couldnt wear one.
Id get in some deep **** if I didnt wear one to garrison
