Expensive? What the hell? I thought here in the Bay Area of California was expensive as hell.
It's too expensive to live here comfortably and responsibly and start a family. Real estate is absurdly expensive. My parents don't live here, and my grandparents, who did, have all passed away in the past few years, so I find myself without much of an attachment to the area. Molly747 grew up in Memphis and still has several generations of family living in the area. It's full of nice people too (Seattle is full of over educated, unexperienced, liberal jackasses). I will always have a soft spot for Seattle in my heart, but it's time to move on.

my friend just got out of the army and moved back to seattle. most people from there that I have noticed are addicted to something...i.e. coffee, drugs, alcohol etc.
I've lived here since 1991.
Seattle prices are very similar. A small starter house in the city costs more than $500K. My little one bedroom, one bath townhouse, less than 750 square feet, will probably sell for around $330K.
I can not dispute that.I'd have to say coffee for me...
Nice picture and congrats James & Molly.
Except you got zits.
Two days of sweat in a respirator doesn't do great stuff for your pores.
Go start another HK416 thread and post that picture in it, and say you're delta disguised as UKSF and that you have terrible posture and your mom says it's because you have a huge ****.
It's propping me up in that picture.
You need to fix that shit.
