Here in Siberia is not hot at all. I even say "cold"

This stuff is not joke.It's not only in Moscow and Caucasus.There are temperature fluctuations all over the world.In Israel for example it's way more hot then usual for couple of days now.I can't get outside,and I pitty people without AC (and I really like heat and wormth,but this is too much).There are numerous fires here as well.

P.S:Also,the heat is allready took more then enough life tool in Russia,so hardly a matter worth lol emoticon.
