    On the official site, http://battleforheartsandminds.com in the discussion section the brains behind the doc, Danfung Dennis states that it will be out "late 2010''. This was written April 20th, so anything could have changed from now till then but thats the most up to date info I've got.

    If Im not mistaken, I think this movie was filmed with a Canon EOS 5D mark2, which isnt a dedicated video camera but in fact a DSLR camera with video capabilities. I think thats why it has such an interesting look to it, DSLR video is some amazing looking stuff.

    Camera nerds will know what Im talking about lol.

    Wow that footage is incredible. I've never seen battlefield cinematography like that before. There are some absolutely epic scenes in that trailer.

    A lot of this guys footage was used on the KCET show Frontline, on an episode about Afghanistan, titled "Obamas War". It was shown in HD and looked absolutely amazing. Brings you that much closer to what these amazing guys do.

    Yep! Lol. A good DSLR with HD video and quality fast lenses.. You can get a look that was unthinkable just a couple of years ago.
