1990 was a good game for a semi. No shame in losing to arguably the finest team Germany ever put on a football pitch.

Looks like the WC is finaly starting. Great matchups already in last 16 round. POR-SPN and ENG-GER will be crackers. Unfortunatly Europe will have less two good teams in further rounds.
On other news, I played today a 90 minute game with the Jabulani (the 100€ one, not the 25€ replica) and totally agree with the players: feels like one of those balls you buy at a beach shop...

    What 2 good teams?

Until now, EuroFootball has shown very little.

Those who advanced (most of them, anyways) have been putted to the test and moved forward. Unlike others...

It's going to boil down to Brazil, Argentina and the Euro boys who survive fighting each other.

You will have your chance tomorrow with him.

Germany is much more than England.

The US consistently play a poor first half and then an improved second half! Why is that?

I think Europe is starting to get the payback for hiring all those foreign players and not investing in Europe's youth.
This way, Africans, South Americans and even Asians get a lot of experience from playing in the most competitive football leagues of the planet while there's less and less good European players each year.

    The U-WCs tell another story.
