Looks like a dressed up M16.

Czech/Estonian as for the Gun looks like an M4/CAR 15 with a custom foregrip.

Logotype on body looks like a Diemaco, isn't it? Could it be a Diemaco C8 SFW with a custom foregrip and grenade launcher?
