^Black widow and cloak ftw! The ending though...well it's all been said already. I'll play through one more time until just before the end sequences and stop there for any dlc that might come our way.
I think there was like 4 or 5 brutes towards the end. I killed them all, but only killed one banshee and ran towards the button in desperation.
My wife completed a 2nd play-through with my character (NG+), so here's my report on the 4th, secret ending:
There isn't one. She got her effective readiness rating up to ~6000 (it was 7000-something overall with a 86% galaxy readiness, courtesy of multiplayer), and chose to destroy the Reapers. The character survived (that 10 second clip where you see Shepard take a breath while laying in some rubble played out), however you get that ending on the first play-through as well as long as the effective readiness is high enough. After the credits we got the standard "stargazer" grandpa/grandson cutscene, and nothing else.
Also, what is with Bioware claiming you can get an effective military strength of 5000+ without playing multiplayer? My wife completed every side mission except one, scanned every system with 100% completion, and couldn't get more than ~7000 total assets. With a 50% readiness rating, that gives you an EMS of only 3500 or so. I guess lying to the Krogan about the genophage cure could get more Salarian assets, but enough to go to 10,000+? I can't see how you can get over 5000 EMS with just a 50% readiness rating. I call bull$h!t on Bioware's claim there.
Some further gripes: the codex entry on Reaper capabilities says that Reapers' main guns produce 130-400kt of energy per shot. How the heck do you keep surviving close misses from what is the equivalent of an ICBM warhead? In addition, why isn't humanity rapidly expending our stock of thermonuclear weapons on the Reapers? All I see are small arms and light weapons being used, even in space battles. You can't kill a lightly armored vehicle by shooting a rifle at it, why expect a different result against 2km tall starships? But I guess compared to the main plot holes one can almost overlook these.
1st :
If all DNA is rewritten and resyntheabracadabread... It must be pretty cool to go catch some robofish in the pond, just watch for those roboturtles and robobirds, they can bite your DNA in half!
2nd :
Vent boy "You see that wall over there?"
Shepherd: "Yeah...?"
Vent boy: "You shoot that and all synthetics in the galaxy die."
Shepherd: "Just like that? I just shoot that wall, and ALL synthetics in the entire galaxy die...?"
Vent boy: " Yeah...in hindsight we probably shouldn't have installed that."
3rd :
If their was an option for Casper I would have gave him the finger as the Ghostbusters team came in to capture him. Then procceed to shutting down the Reapers and the Reapers ONLY, we know they have a specific Code to do that
4th:
No, no. You've got it all wrong. The Reapers were trying to save the Galaxy from Sheaprd.
Posts from BSN, not mine. But i loled.

Well, Kommandah, I guess those dialogue options which seemingly save something big at the expence of something small had a trap in them, working in reverse. Also (as in the case of Geth/Quarians resolve) you can save (and therefore gain) both of them, if you made the right choice back in ME1. That's why I'm waiting a "perfect" walkthrough to appear soon.
And those kilotons could be too focused/coherent to yield a real blast. But this is a retcon of a retcon already..
Mordin: Alloy of EDI's body not flexible like organic tissue. Could cause unintentional damage. Recommend pillows, cushions, possibly gel packs.
Joker: Okay, that's a little weirder, but... yeah, all right. Cushions.
Mordin: Positioning critical to success. Can forward EDI charts, videos with relevant data.
Joker: No, no-no! Let's, uh... EDI's pretty busy with, you know, stuff. Let's... uh, just send that to me.
You're not gonna tell anyone about this, right? Like Shepard? Shepard doesn't really need to know.
Mordin: Guarantee Shepard won't learn about it from me.
Joker: He's standing right there, isn't he?
Shepard: I wish I wasn't.
what I'm asking myself: do aliens even have DNA?
Isn't DNA a earth thing?
