Likewise, it's just a shame that the Mass Effect Expanded Universe isn't friendly to the user-created Shepard. Then again, the game itself is full of fleshed out contents.

The ME site has a link about pre order.
Did anyone heard/read about a release date, approximately?

You know what i've been so lonely at home I just HAD to post something, ANYTHING at all.......moron.

As I was saying, I don't care how many people think it's a great game. It doesn't mean everybody is obligated to love it. JKD says he didn't like that so respect his opinion, don't try and say he's a hater and doesn't enjoy games because of it.

Mass Effect 1 and 2 are my favorite games of all time and you don't see me putting down everyone who didn't enjoy them as much as I did.

I get your point, but why go into a thread about a game just to criticize its content? Especially when you know most of the people in it will love the game and just want to talk about it, not listening to some guy talk smak about it. If you dont like the game, fine. Ignore the thread about it and move on.

I for one, could not get into Mass Effect 1. Wasn't feeling the story, or the combat. Now Dragons Age, that's what pulled me in. Although according to my friends Mass Effect 2 is much much better than 1. Too bad I won't play that until I ever feel like going through 1.

I figured that out. It is hard not to choose Starcraft when all the income of the company comes from advertising Blizzard games. GameSpot is always the best example. Few years back they fired one of their major game critics because it gave a low score to the game they were promoting. Pathetic once more!!!

Jep thats why i never trust the opinion of those game site's/magazines. Besides, everybody has a different taste to what he thinks make it a good game. I've had people breaking a game down and i then played it afterwards and i found it quite enjoyable.

Do you play on PS, 360, or PS3? Because if you have a PS3, apparently you can play ME2 and get all the decisions/story of ME1 out of the way in a little package beforehand.

Due to losing all of my saved information, I have to play both games all the way through, though the advantage is that I can redo some stuff early-on from ME1.

No you don't if you are playing the PC version. There is a previous post of mine in this thread explaining how to get a savegame with your choices by ticking in a simple application(.exe).
