Just read Rightwing Extremism: Current Economic and Political Climate Fueling Resurgence in Radicalization and Recruitment. A few lines out of a ten page document about right-wing groups seeking to recruit veterans for their combat skills and mentioning McVeigh does not, in my book, amount to the administration targetting returning Service personell as terrorists.
