Really big canards, if the plana is real....![]()
this thing is 24-25m long. Maybe it is a strike fighter/bomber.
according to some witness, the length is around 21-23, shouldn't longer than 24m

Yeah, it actually looks a bit shorter than the Su-27, which is around 22 meters.
Good time to buy Boeing stocks.
Got a some more pics from other sources, it appeared to be a high speed taxiing test, perhaps not yet ready for first flight.

don't think so, the production line of F22 is just there and they can start up the production again at any time they want,
it would still cost 8-10 years (at least) for the J-20 to be ready for PLAAF.
So i dont see the reasons for Boeing to expand the production of F22 any time soon.
Dang me, when the tech and info starts coming out, there will be a bunch of Japanese scientists in over drive trying to work things out for their end. I'm sure it would be a big boost in China's image with its neighbors.
Boeing makes F-35 also. Whatever the case, business looks secured for the company.
DoD estimate is JXX will enter service in 2018. That seems reasonable to me.
As I wrote in the begining of this thread, maybe the US should reconsider the numbers of F-22 to be aquired, just to be safe
