yes i hope thats the first batch....now Level 5 armour protection? im guessing that very very good.
It's higher than level 3 and 4. Just kidding, let me look into that and see what I can find, or maybe someone else already knows and could tell us. I bet you it will easily stop at least an AK round.
Oh hell yeah i think so too...whats the point buying an armoured vehicle that can be penetrated by a 7.62x39mm round
There, I found something. Apparently Level 5 is "High-Powered Rifle Protection", will protects against most anything the cartels have except a .50 cal. and obviously a AT weapon. Oshkosh also claims the design will help protect the crew from mines and IED's because of the "V" shaped bottom.

Look at the bright side, if the Sandcats don't work, their next purchase is going to be a helluvah lot meaner. But I do think they'll do the job of fighting the cartels, since even the Federal Police's "Rinocerontes" have been pretty effective and I don't think they have that many of them.
Well for the love of god i hope i dont get see reports of IED's used agains Securtity forces. thats the last thing everybody wants..i hope this purchase of Sandcats go smoothly...umm by the way wats the translation for sandcat in spanish? Arena del Gato or gato de las arenas? lol
