Still remind me of a swarm of angry bees who just want to sting someone and yell 'allah akbar'.

Pictures below, taken by Noreen Jameel, show an explosion outside the Tebisti hotel in Benghazi, where foreign journalists and senior officials of the National Transitional Council (NTC), the main rebel administration in eastern Libya, are housed.NTC members were holding a press conference there when a car packed with explosives went off.
The explosion was the first act of violence in six weeks in the rebel stronghold. No immediate casualties were reported amid fears of a second device detonating.

You know, with 8 billion 14.5, 12.7, and 23mm rounds in the air, plus all that unguided arty, i would be hesitant to send in Choppers.

Geez sorry for my bad repost guys. I try to keep up with this thread, but it moves fast. Here's something I hope hasn't been posted.

It almost looks like a diorama for a scale model of a technical.

    Link

From YouTube. No description with the video. Perhaps it was filmed by someone from the ambulance?

    Wtf are they high?
Cool sound of the incoming rounds though.
At 2:58 one impacts pretty close to a car. And they are just laughing their ass off while chanting Allahu Akbar.

    Actually, they're laughing.

A rebel army officer stood guard near cars destroyed in a blast outside the Tibesti Hotel yesterday in Benghazi, the rebels’ capital

Niger's city of Agadez has been transformed from a bustling trade hub in the middle of the Sahara desert into a refugee centre for the thousands of African migrants fleeing the violence in Libya.
For the last two months, a large convoy of trucks has been driving into town each week. The flow has now eased to about 10 vehicles packed with between 1,500 and 3,000 people.

The situation map of Libya's Yefren and Qalaa as of June 1st, 2011 tweeted by @4Adam
Please note that since yesterday the situation has changed: Rebels are now IN Yefren, have retaken the city center and are clearing the city.
