No news (or pics/videos) from southern Libya? I haven't seen extensive coverage from the southern area, only read one user here mentioning about uprising in Sabha but that's just it.

Clashes in Sebha has been reported by NTC so their credibility is disputed. Although Alwad Suleiman tribe participated in unsuccessful coup in 70s and therefore have sharper relations with Gaddafi, Quaddadfa tribe has still strong presence there. Other than that month ago rebels destroyed some vehicles near Sudanese borders which they claimed belonged to Sudanese insurgents which had a good relations with Gaddafi who supplied them. There were reported protests in Ghadamis and rebels claimed that Gaddafi forces in returned shelled demonstrants in old city, which is on UNESCO list of protected cultural heritage and that´s about it.
