libyan ppp is higher than of egypt, ukraine, turkey, china, mexico, some new eu members like bulgaria, romania etc...
lybian ppp is slightly less than latvian...

The problem is the distribuion of the Countries income amongst the population.
i bet in lybia the distribution among population was more fair than for mentioned countries. Gaddafi made a kind of arabian socialism. free medicine, free education, etc. at least seems lybia is not place of biilioneers and extremely poor people.The problem is the distribuion of the Countries income amongst the population.
