    Default 2003 Iraqi ROLAND ADS

The Franco German Euromissile Roland is like the SA-8 a command link guided point defence SAM system, with a TELAR mounting a complete acquisition and fire control radar system. Like the SA-8 the Roland also uses monopulse angular tracking techniques to defeat jamming. Iraqi systems used the French built AMX-30 chassis. Several Allied aircraft were destroyed by Rolands.http://www.ausairpower.net/Analysis-ODS-EW.html

I'd like to see a modern Chaparral with a VLS RAM launcher packed with RAM Block IIs.

    or ADATS ?
    What?

In all seriousness, I'd take a system that can actually shoot down an enemy aircraft and survive (ie. the SA-19)

Missiles tend to have a shelf-life of 20-30 years. There hasn't been that many new GBAD acquisitions in Western Europe since early 1990's. So, there isn't much new-ish stuff for sale and there's no point purchasing old stuff. Some Patriot units might be up for sale, though, and they can be updated to MIM-104 D/F configuration.
