Islamic BS aside, they made a nice tank. Seems to be based on the M60 chassis, but longer. I think it has a soviet/russian 125mm gun, like the one on T-72s and the turret has a nice, angled shape, away from typical T-series or other eastern designs and closer to the M1 Abraams.
Now how effective its armour is, apart from looks, that's another story. But I can safely assume that it should be on par or better than a Chieftain. A tank these guys have been operating for decades. Surely by 2011 they have mastered all its secrets.
I'm still waiting for a picture of that tank driving by itself, let alone shoot something. till then, yes, it's BS.

Man its great to see the F14s still flying, if only it was the USN flying them, but oh well.
