Itīs not very difficult but you have to know where to buy. If you are interested in the old kit you can get several types of vests:

    http://www.equipamientomilitar.com/t...roducts_id=133 Spanish Marines

    http://www.equipamientomilitar.com/t...roducts_id=134 Spanish Paras

    http://www.equipamientomilitar.com/t...roducts_id=132

    http://www.equipamientomilitar.com/t...roducts_id=143

    http://www.equipamientomilitar.com/t...roducts_id=135 Spanish Special Forces

The old uniform is also easy to get.

    http://www.equipamientomilitar.com/t...products_id=40

    http://www.equipamientomilitar.com/t...roducts_id=201 Woodland uniform.

    http://www.equipamientomilitar.com/t...roducts_id=356 Spanish Marines desert uniform

There are several other webs where you can get uniforms, vests, hats, but armor vests and helmets are really difficult to get. They are used until they are virtually destroyed and then disposed, so the only way to get one that is not a piece of junk is to get one "lost" and they are difficult to find.

Now the Spanish army is changing the uniform and camo pattern and itīs possible that you can find interesting and rare items easily, but I donīt put my money on it.

To end, in Spain itīs not common to "reenact" Spanish military units, they are quite "unglamorous" when you compare with other armies that have been heavily engaged in recent wars.

Iīm quite sure that the patrol belt I used on the photos itīs original, if you have any question about it pm Blue Thor. The uniform and the short brimmed hat were bought at Kitbag, and are made with ripstop fabric and have a NIR coating, maybe are used by the members of the ADF, maybe only by cadets, I donīt know but I donīt give a f*** about it. On the other hand your original uniform (I suppose itīs original) looks exactly the same that the úniforms sold at Royal Tiger Gear, so donīt make "geardo" statements that are pointless.

Dont need to PM me, everything I sold to Pollo Pion has active service time, so its "original" if thats what floats your boat. But after having a few chats to him prior to selling the kit I came to the conclusion he is not a perfectionist geardo who demands all original kit for its wank factor like we see in the US SF / SEALs threads. Pollo likes auscam, doesnt care if its worn by a certain unit or was worn by dude XXX in some random SF picture, he just likes the camo. Hence why i sold it to him.

Well, I posted the "PM Blue Thor" thing as a joke like the traditional "PM Macs", but the point was that Iīm not looking for a exactly accurate ADF equipment, but for something that could be reasonably close but always with this main point in my mind: "Iīm using what I like and can afford first. If they are the same items the ADF uses, good, if not, I donīt mind!" Itīs exhausting and really expensive to recreate a modern equipment to the last detail.

PD: Yes, my old user was Pollo_Pion, but when the Big Forum Crash took place last year I have to revert to this old user I have abandonned, because the email account I used to create the Pollo_Pion user was lost and I couldnīt get the new password.
