The Platatac trousers that I wore and the Platatac trousers and UBACS used by my brother have a different colour from the Kitbag uniforms or the Sleeka. I noticed that when I bought a Combat Shirt from Kitbag, but I´m not worried about that fact. After several times through the washing machine, colours will fade and the difference will be less clear.

Sorry if offtop, but the auspat reminds me of the old WWII USMC camo, I have never seen them in mint condition so maybe their different , but the faded out ones I have seen in museums are sorta similar.

Yes and No, the actual patterns are only similar due to their splotches on a solid background, other than that there are no similarities. DPCU/DPDU/DPNU and now (not released yet DPMU) and the odd OPFOR uniforms are all developed by computer by taking lots of Sat photos as well as close up photos and creating an algorithm

    Hello
I am ADF reenactor from eastern Europe.
Does anyone can tell me - which slings are used by RAR troopers?

there are no Troopers in the RAR.
SASR has Troopers, as does the Armoured Corps - not a huge issue, just a point of order really.
The slings are varied, depends on whether there is a unit specific sling procurement or whatever for a specific tasking / Op. Some units have recently procured 3-Point SA-80 type slings, most still have the standard army wide issued sling as a standard. Diggers can use pretty much whatever floats their boat as long as it works and is reasonably coloured (green / tan etc)

the standard issue sling is this one:

    Nice Belt rig there Pollo....

well, since your team gears and uniforms are almost not original items, you are looking very good.
