"Minimum wage for 15-year-olds rises four cents"
http://www.dutchnews.nl/news/archive...earolds_ri.phpThe minimum wage for 15-year-olds doing holiday jobs will go up four cents this year to €2.52 per hour, the social affairs ministry has decided.
Young teenagers can take a holiday job from the age of 13, but there is no minimum wage for 13 and 14-year-olds.
Youngsters may work a maximum seven hours a day and no more than five days in a row. They are also barred from working with machinery and without adult supervision.
I suppose so. At least there is a minimum for that age bracket, I find myself paying more for mowing the lawn and washing the cars, am I going soft?
Are they working without adult supervision and driving lawnmovers... basicly operating machinery? If yes, then you need to pay them lots of extra
Must be why I pay them €10 per hour then, with free music and non alcoholic beverages included....
